Every unit at Lakeview Place Apartments has an over-sized deck or patio.  The majority of which, have a beautiful view of Lake Union or Downtown Seattle.

Lakeview Place Apartments not only has a secured garage but secured entryways as well.  Our residents safety is of utmost importance and we go the extra mile to make sure the community feels like a place residents can call home.

We offer a secured parking garage that gives residents comfort in knowing their car is safe at night.  Available upon request.

We offer On-Site state-of-the-art laundry facilities that utilize PayRange.  This service allows residents to sync up their phone and pay for a load of laundry over the phone app.  We have laundry equipment on three of the five levels at the building (floors 2, 4, & 5).

We have an elevator access at the building, which makes for easy move-ins and move-outs.  It just underwent a major mechanical upgrade and, in the not too distant future, there will be a cosmetic upgrade to the interior as well.
